Atty. Enrique A. Yap III has advised and represented clients in various areas of the legal practice. He has extensive experience in corporate and business law where he has helped both local and foreign companies set-up their business in the Philippines and ensure compliance with legal requirements. He has handled several Initial Public Offerings and Additional Listing transactions for publicly listed companies in the country.

He has also worked on several Mergers and Acquisitions projects and loan transactions for some of the biggest companies in the Philippines. Additionally, he has been involved in a number of high-valued Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects where he has rendered legal advice on bid proposal and contract management.

Atty. Enrique Yap handles both corporate and litigation matters. This includes criminal, labor, civil, corporate, immigration, election, and family law. He finished his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University Law School. Prior to his law studies, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, with a Major in Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University-Manila.
